Scripting
Your on-hold script can have 4 to 8 short paragraphs. The script should have around 600 words. Each paragraph should be about a different topic. Write or paste your paragraphs in the boxes below. Or, just tell us your topics and our writers will do the rest!
Returning clients: If you don't want to change any of your paragraphs from the latest update, enter “No changes” for that paragraph.
We will update your most recent production by default. If you're making changes to older productions, (e.g. annual holidays), please make sure to attach the previous script for reference.
Writing and Editing Approval
If our writers make changes to your script, we will send you a draft and will not record your message until you approve the script. Turnaround time is generally 5-7 business days from script approval.
